Access to the Hosted PBX Service is subject to geographical conditions. engin cannot provide the Service in areas where it does not have a point of presence. You must have an Internet connection to access the Service. Fixed medium Internet connections such as ADSL 2+ or Cable only. ADSL2+ Internet connection recommended. Voice quality is contingent on factors such as Internet speed, line quality, congestion etc. Application subject to credit approval. Minimum Monthly Access is AU$41.50. If you port your numbers to engin, you will not be able to port them from engin should you relocate your Service beyond the boundaries of your local exchange. PBX Service is not designed for use with back to base alarm, EFTPOS, franking machines, and other non essential communications applications.
